Use of Soul Brow Studio Education 

This document sets out the terms and conditions on which you may use the Soul Brow Studio’s Education Program (the Program). Please read these terms carefully before you start to use the program. By registering for the program, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Soul Brow Studios Pty Ltd is the owner of the intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyright, design rights, confidentiality rights and other rights relating to the Program. Unauthorised use may constitute as a breach under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or the Trademark Act 1995 (Cth).  

You may not share the program to another person or company.  The use is limited to your personal use only.  You may not share login details or distribute the program without authorisation.  

You must not use any part of the materials, written or recorded of the Soul Brow Studio education program on another website or for commercial purposes without authorisation. 

Soul Brow Studio and the Program is not an accredited training provider and does not hold out to be a professional training course. The Program has been designed for professionals in the beauty industry who are looking to upskill and develop advanced eyebrow styling techniques. It is not recommended that people who do not already hold a professionals qualification in the beauty industry attempt the Program.
